I had to bring my 2010 Malibu in for service this week after my windshield wipers failed over the weekend.  I set up an appointment online and was quickly contacted by Jeremy Harris.  He moved my appointment up due to the severity of my repair and set me up with a rental car.  I was waiting for the Enterprise shuttle for a while, they were running slow due to volume, so I asked how much longer for the shuttle?  Jeremy stepped up and offered to drive me to them, which he did.  When he dropped me off, he said thank you, gave me his business card, we shook hands, and I was on my way.  This entire experience was satisfying, however, the thing that really impressed me was that Jeremy remembered my name from our phone conversation the day before!

 

This was my first experience with Reedman Toll, I recently relocated from Indiana, and it was a very positive one.  Everyone I dealt with was very polite and gave me great service, however, I want to extend a special thanks to Jeremy Harris for his exceptional service!

This was our first time taking our new vehicle in for service with Reedman Toll. We purchased the vehicle there and were happy with that experience and this one exceeded the high expectations we had. Not only was everyone EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, but our vehicle was done before the estimated time (we were told 45 minutes and it only took about 30) and the waiting area was the nicest we had ever been to. Thank you for a great service experience and I GUARANTEE we will be back in the future! :)

My visit to the Chevy Express Lube was very good. Much better than my experiences in the past. The service advisor did an excellent job of working with me and keeping me informed of what was done and what was suggested to be done. The cost was fair, too. My only issue is that while you advertise to have cars through the Express Lube in 30 minutes or less, my visit took over an hour. I still plan on bringing my cars back for service in the future, though. And I appreciate that the waiting area is clean, comfortable and well-stocked with reading materials and food and drink items. It makes the waiting much easier. Thanks !
