You had my 2019 Equinox (under an extended warranty) for 57 consecutive days (plus other visits for multiple days)for doorlocks.
They still don't work properly!
My credit card was charged for a rental day even though I called the day before to warn you.
This was the most miserable experience that I ever had with any dealer or shop in my lifetime.

It took 2 weeks to even check my vehicle. I kept being told 2 days. I was renting a vehicle during this time. What I saved on repairs I sent on a rental waiting for service. Once the problem was found. Repairs were made quickly.

Great place. Staff very friendly and helpful. I did not have latest insurance card with me. Staff called my agent and got the new card. My car had loose battery connections due to changed battery. Mechanic fix that with no charge.

I took my 2019 Chevrolet Trax for a n inspection and AC check. Louis, from the service department, said it would take a couple of days. I called the next day for an update and Louis yelled “I told you that it will take 2-3 days “ I was trying to say I was only calling for the status. He hung up on me. I called on the third day and he said that he would go to the shop and check the status and call me back. On the fourth day, Ibwent there in person and no one had bothered to even look at my vehicle. I then took my vehicle to Team Toyota on Route. They were pleasantl and professional. They kept me updated and completed the inspection and air conditioner repair all in one day. I will never go back to Reedman again. I will recommend that none of my family nor friends go there. Team Toyota treated me with respect and kindness.

Very Bad experience!! Had my car for a week and never looked at it. Little to none with communication. They said they had cars for 3 weeks. Is that bad service? How does that happen? Something is definitely wrong.
